Contestant must be 18 -28 by August 1, 2010
Contestants may never have been married may never have given birth
Entry fee is only $50.00  ( must have a minimum of 5 entries or you get a refund) More than 5 no refund.
With 5 entries winner receives the Official Miss Virginia State crown, State title sash, handbook and crown pin sash closure to match state crown.
With 12 entries winner receives the Official Miss Virginia State crown, State title sash, handbook, crown pin sash closure to match state crown, ad fees paid and T-shirt fee paid.
